Scott Kindt in Arizona,
1999
I have been taking astrophotos since
1994. It is through these astrophotos that I'm able to share the
beauty of God's creation. Only with very long time exposures do the
faint nebula and galaxies leave their imprint on film. My wife Fabiola
and our astro-dog Cosmos have traveled throughout the great SouthWest in
search of the darkest skies to take astrophotos. To see the summer
Milky Way stretching from horizon to horizon under the dark desert sky
of Utah has to be one of the most inspirational sites one can experience!
I currently teach High School
Physics and Astronomy in Berthoud Colorado. The Little Thompson Observatory
is located on the school grounds. This is an amazing facility to have within
walking distance of the classroom. If you are in the area of Loveland
/ Berthoud Colorado, feel free to schedule a visit to the observatory.
